Everyday more and more people are dealing with severe stress, worry, anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts. It may be a friend, a family member, a colleague at work, or maybe even yourself. If you suspect anybody or know the person dealing with these issues, Reach out to them (call, text, show up to their door) and if it is yourself that is needing the help. The throw away your pride and ask for help. Get your resources together and go get the help you need. Whether that be talking to a trusted person, calling a church to talk to a pastor, or a counselor.
