* or that people agree with you in present time (and that’s okay).

* “do people change who treated me badly?…”

* Any regrets = new goals
When Someone Isn’t hearing you
* That’s your data
* That’s their capacity: that’s all they can do
* open doors
You’re the Key and Lock
* focusing too much on labels (attachment style labels)
* overthinking with “a break in the dam”
* not trusting what others think of you
* feeling “off” after connecting with others
And, climbing out. Climbing out of struggling with connecting with people, and trusting yourself, creating boundaries, so you connect better with loved ones.
Today is a new day, right now is a new moment and it’s your choice what you do with it, that’s your right.
So what feels right to you?
What are you feeling pulled to do and who would you like to connect better with?
