Today I talk about what my actual splits are for the money I receive when I close a deal in real estate and the money I paid to be on the team that I was. Also, I discuss the changes I will make moving forward and what I will do with that money. 

Devin Tryan is a Real Estate agent on the island of Oahu. We talk about his first steps of building his business in Hawaii and his greatest lessons through that. Devin and I have known one another for a long time and we also talk about some personal stories. 

I met with a friend for coffee who was talking about inconsistent pay with being a independent contract and here I elaborate on how it can be consistent and two different ways to make it happen. 

Learning comes easier when we focus on concepts and as I develop through my career the concepts ive gained will produce so much more in my life where ever i decide to go. Whatever I decide to do. Here I talk about how I perceive concepts. I even refer to Uncle Iroh explaining the four elements from the show "Avatar: The last airbender." and how learning them all can help you learn your own specific discipline. This was a fun one for me. 

I try to remind myself that people are wishing that I would struggle so they can get something out of it. Without our struggle something is missing for someone else and that gives us leverage in life. 

Here I talk about setting the expectation with yourself that its going to take time to get where you want to be. 

Im now 3 months into joining my new real estate company and focusing specifically helping buyer and seller clients. As a laid back person Im not too pushy or high pressure. Here I share why I could or should be in certain situations.
