Today we are taking our therapist hats and bringing them into the world of reality TV because we're talking about Love Is Blind Season 11. In this episode we are covering episodes 1-5.

Now, as therapists, we watch this show a little differently. While everybody else might be focused on who's getting engaged, who's breaking up, and who's bringing the drama, we're paying attention to the patterns underneath it all.

We're looking at emotional availability, attachment, communication, boundaries, vulnerability, and those moments when someone's words say one thing, but their behavior seems to tell a completely different story.

We are finishing out this season with the Love Island USA, season 8 reunion!

The Villa doors closed, but the real-world chaos is just getting started. On this week's episode, we are diving straight into the Love Island USA Season 8 reunion.

From breakups and messy online receipts to Ariana and Andy taking no prisoners on stage, we're breaking down every single moment that went down after the cameras stopped rolling.

We made it to the end of our coverage of Married At First Sight, season 20, episodes 19 and 20.

The couples reach Decision Day and decide to either stay married or get divorced.

We find out what Felipe said to Tori that caused her to walk away. We see the fate of four couples who are left....Adam and Marissa, Michelle and Cam, BelleJolie and Mecca, and Nikki and Shawn.

We finish the season with the reunion, where the experts, Paul and Dr Lisa are officially "hosts," and no longer conducting "sessions."

Shawn and Nikki bring the same level of drama they have the entire season; Marissa has finally found her voice and Adam is not happy about that; Belle has had enough of Mecca and his negging; Cam and Michelle remain our one happy, surviving couple; Tori wonders why Felipe was ever allowed on this show and in her vicinity, as do we!

Right out of the gate we discuss negging, something multiple people on this cast are doing!

We have another break up from the couples retreat from hell! Drama ensues, boundaries are crossed, relationships break down and end...

We highlight Dr David Burns's theories and work with couples, and how we typically know, on some level, the relationship issues we're signing up for before entering long-term commitments.

We are left with a cliff hanger with Tori and Felipe as we catch a glimpse of them at Decision Day!

This week we address "negging" as several of the men are doing this with their partners.

The cast head out for a couples retreat, where several games are played to intentionally stir the pot, and that is exactly what happens. One couple nearly ends their relationship, while another couple decides to call it quits.

We briefly discuss the famous Dr David Burns and his approach to couples work.

The end of episode 18 brings us to Decision Day for Tori and Felipe and we are left with a cliffhanger, as Tori is upset about something "cruel and heartless" that Felipe has said.
