Best Spring mornings captured in my diary of spending a glorious time with 3 year old son - picking flowers, eating fries, watching the river and birds! Precious moments spent together.

Huge transformation my daughter underwent at 8. We moved continents, she had to enter French school previously speaking English all her life and 2 baby brothers suddenly took away her only child status! We had outright shouting matches and Eva wouldn’t back down. On hindsight she was struggling to cope and adjust to new surroundings, making friends and fitting in. She’s 12 now and these pre rebel years have led to becoming more mature confident young lady! Ready to take on the world!! This was a journal from 2016

During a beautiful hike in Mont Tremblant Nature Reserve, I inspired my young children to discover the mysterious Forest Spirits who revealed their hearts to us as we opened our ours and slowed down to appreciate all the delightful sounds and beauty of Nature.

Wrote this back in 2019 - the title is uncanny!! About wearing an invisible mask to hide my fears and anxieties. Fear of being authentic n true to myself. We all carry a mask to hide a perceived flaw.

In a dream where I was struggling with a heavy laptop and weary body against the rising tide and sinking sand - a young child effortlessly lifted me up. Mooji himself appeared in my Dream and reminded everyone to please 1) Keep it Simple 2) Keep it Effortless. Reminder on how to live my life.

28 Dec. Soft Snow is falling from the heavens. I feel inspired. My purpose is to inspire - Step out of darkness & into the light. Gratitude to all the warriors strong at heart who believe in their inner voice. Where is the enemy? It’s lurking within. We always have a choice. Be the Creator you are meant to be!

This podcast is to recount to you the pivotal moments from that painful moment of sexual assault and the many awkward years of adolescence that followed. The impact of first love and stress of possible “teenage pregnancy” was highly stressful and emotionally traumatic. Now, for the benefit of my daughter and other teenage girls, I want to openly touch on taboo subjects like sexual assault, teen sex, abortion. Yet there are stronger forces and angels amidst us - my angel was my best friend and through her unconditional love and non judgment allowed me to regain trust in me.

I never spoke openly till now about the trauma of being molested as a child. This fear of predatory men still haunts me in dreams. I went through dark periods as a teen to face darkness, hatred, self doubt, trust issues. Not trusting myself or others. This is my reflection now years later on how I’m healing so as to help others who went through the same dark tunnel. We always have a choice - not to let others destroy your spirit. This is our choice to set the boundary and not let low frequency experiences affect us. Only we hold this key to regain our inner freedom!!!

Winter Solstice reflections about how I am dealing with letting go & forgiving people close to my heart. Not to take things black n white n “banish” or hold grudges but accept that people have their right to their thoughts. Like me! Sometimes we don’t align n it’s ok! Dealing with differences and thinking objectively helps.

Sharing to all friends about the strangest dreams which are uncanny premonitions of my future and world events. Allowing me to deepen spiritual insights like Death and Life, developing personal power and Inner peace. We are all connected and dreams help me to see this so directly!
