A new student written petition has surfaced at Harvard University in the form of an open letter to the President and Harvard University deans and leadership calling on the university to ban any Trump administration officials from speaking, attending, or teaching at Harvard. This petition is in line with the same agenda of the Trump Accountability Project, which is a liberal effort to “make sure those members of the Trump administration responsible for loosening the guardrails of our democracy are not rewarded with book deals, TV contracts, or six-figure salaries in the private sector based on that experience. Does that sound like the unifying message President Elect Joe Biden had during his acceptance speech? Is it right to shun an entire group of people over their political affiliation?
