Hiya!! Here’s the meditation practice I mentioned in last week’s episode. It’s another angle on the idea of enjoying all that life has to offer while remaining unattached and unaffected by the outcomes of our lives events, relationships, professional endeavors, etc. The trick is to train ourselves to gracefully play catch & release with every new experience without going completely off the rails into emotionless psychopathic robot. Remember, we want to detach like Buddha, not Bundy.
Love you all, hope you have a fun day!!
xoxo
