No-Fi Soul Rebellion Bio: Since 2001, Mark Heimer has been crafting and performing eclectic pop and rock songs informed by punk, rock, pop and R&B music under the syllable-heavy moniker of No-Fi Soul Rebellion.
The group's latest studio effort, a single titled 'Lone Wolf,' backed by a b-side of 'Let's Pretend -All Groan B-side,'' is available on all streaming services as of September 1, 2023.
'Lone Wolf' is a meditation on the empowerment and isolation of choosing a new path in one's life. The analogy of the pack animal that goes its own way examines the freedom of autonomy and the captivity of solitude.
