Fi: Aurinko paistoi kirkkaasti Helsingin keskustassa.
En: The sun was shining brightly in downtown Helsinki.

Fi: Aino ja Eero kävelivät rauhallisesti kohti Ateneumin taidemuseota.
En: Aino and Eero were walking calmly towards the Ateneum Art Museum.

Fi: Aino oli pukeutunut vaaleaan kesämekkoon, ja Eero piti kädessään värikästä lippalakkiaan.
En: Aino was dressed in a light summer dress, and Eero was holding a colorful baseball cap in his hand.

Fi: Tämä oli heidän ensimmäinen yhteinen päivä ulkona vanhempien eron jälkeen, ja Aino halusi sen olevan erityinen.
En: This was their first day out together since their parents' divorce, and Aino wanted it to be special.

En: "Don't you think this is boring?" Eero asked quietly. "I was just thinking... about the family."

Fi: Ainon sydän särkyi vähän. Hän tiesi, kuinka vaikeaa tämä oli Eerolle.
En: Aino's heart broke a little. She knew how hard this was for Eero.

Fi: He pysähtyivät erään maalauksen eteen, joka muistutti heitä perheen onnellisista ajoista.
En: They stopped in front of a painting that reminded them of happy family times.

Fi: Kuvassa oli perhe piknikillä, hymyillen yhdessä.
En: The picture showed a family having a picnic, smiling together.

Fi: "Eero," Aino aloitti varovasti. "Tiedän, että ero on vaikea meille molemmille. Minulla on myös ikävä perhettä. Mutta voimme silti olla onnellisia yhdessä, vaikka asiat ovat muuttuneet."
En: "Eero," Aino began cautiously. "I know the divorce is hard for both of us. I miss the family too. But we can still be happy together, even though things have changed."

En: Eero looked into his sister's eyes, and he saw genuine sadness and love in them.

Fi: "Minäkin pelkään välillä. Mutta meillä on toisemme. Voin aina auttaa sinua, ja sinä voit kertoa minulle kaikista tunteistasi. Me selviämme tästä yhdessä."
En: "I get scared sometimes too. But we have each other. I can always help you, and you can tell me all about your feelings. We'll get through this together."

Fi: Eero huokasi syvään ja nojasi päänsä Ainoon.
En: Eero sighed deeply and leaned his head against Aino.

Fi: "Kiitos, Aino. Se tuntuu hyvältä," hän sanoi pehmeästi.
En: "Thanks, Aino. That feels good," he said softly.

Fi: He istuivat siinä hetken hiljaisuudessa, katsellen maalausta.
En: They sat there in silence for a moment, looking at the painting.

Fi: Aino huomasi, että Eero näytti rauhallisemmalta. Hän otti Eeron kädestä kiinni ja hymyili.
En: Aino noticed that Eero seemed calmer. She took Eero's hand and smiled.

Fi: Eero nyökkäsi ja he nousivat jatkamaan matkaansa museon läpi.
En: Eero nodded, and they got up to continue their journey through the museum.

En: They talked about the paintings, the colors, and the stories behind them.

Fi: Aino huomasi Eeron rentoutuvan ja nauttivan päivästä enemmän.
En: Aino noticed Eero relaxing and enjoying the day more.
