Sick of Diet Guilt? Here’s a Smarter Way to Stick to Your Plan

Listen Later

Ever get a gut-punch of guilt?

You swore you’d log what you ate… but didn’t.

Promised yourself you’d finally get a workout in… and, well, didn’t.

Or maybe... it’s been a few days since you last checked in with your coach.

And what do you feel now? Guilt!

That knot in your stomach. That mental weight dragging you down. Not exactly the highlight of your day, is it?

So, what now? You’re feeling guilty. What’s your next move?

Do you ghost everyone holding you accountable? Beat yourself up for a week, then swear you’ll “get serious” this time around?

Yeah, those are options. But let’s be real—they’re not actually gonna help.

What we really need is to change how we think about guilt.

And this is what I want to dig into, because maybe—just maybe—guilt isn’t the bad guy.

Think about it: guilt is useful.

It’s like an alarm going off. A wake-up call shouting, “Hey! You don’t wanna go there.” So instead of dodging it... maybe it’s time to pay attention.

Maybe it’s saying something like, “How about you cut yourself some slack?” or “Isn’t it about time to focus on what’s actually doable?”

If guilt is something you’ve been wrestling with, this is for you.

We’re laying out surprisingly simple ways to make guilt work for you instead of against you.

So if you’re ready to drop the guilt and find a way that actually sticks, dive in.
