Shree Vidya - Mantra | Kriya & Yoga| Yoga Day 2023 Himalaya| Maa Lalita Tripura Sundari | Siddhashram

Description & Instructions:

After taking bath, light a lamp in front of Maa's form (photo), sit down on a mat in asana, light an incense stick, and chant the following mantra 108 times:

Om Aim Hrim Shrim Tripura Sundariyai Namaha |

The whole process may take 30 minutes. If possible, please perform the nyasa process before this, If you do not remember the process perfectly, then just wash your hands with little gangaajal if available, or else just clean water.

Do this in morning empty stomach, or without consuming breakfast. In evening, you can do it at around 5 pm in case you missed the morning session.
