Remote broadcast today complete with weird echo, and other noises I had no control over. Let's call them "ambiance." You never realize how loud your hotel room is until you have to try to record something in it.  Also, the slowest upload speeds ever. 

Here's the link to the Anthropocene Reviewed episode I mentioned--definitely give it a listen and if you haven't heard the entire run of 37 episodes, I highly recommend.  You can also hear most of the episodes as an audiobook but the podcast is free and actually has more essays than the book.
