• إزاي النوم بيأثر على الأداء والاستشفاء

• إزاي العادات اليومية الصغيرة بتعمل فرق كبير مع الوقت

الموهبة مهمة. والتعب في التمرين مهم.
بس اللاعبين اللي بيكملوا ويتطوروا سنة ورا سنة هما اللي عايشين حياة لاعب كرة كل يوم، مش بس أيام التمرين.

سواء بتلعب في قطاع ناشئين، أكاديمية، أو حتى كورة هواة، الفيديو ده هيساعدك تفهم إيه اللي فعلًا بيخلي اللاعب يتقدم على المدى الطويل.

لو عايز تبقى لاعب أحسن، بص على إنت بتعمل إيه في الـ 23 ساعة اللي برا التمرين.
