1 Corinthians 15:35-50 || More than the months it took for our series to finally get to this passage in 1 Corinthians 15, you could say that it took 15 years in the making for Dave! This is "THE" passage that confirmed the calling of our lead pastor David Evanger in 2007 which began the journey of being called to the mission field of sharing the gospel with young working adults and inviting them to "Consider Jesus". It's what led him to start the "Consider Concerts" and to eventually plant a church in the heart of Seattle called "Sideris" which is the Latin root of the word "consider" but can also be translated to 'heavenly body". Poetically, Sideris appeals to our eternal state as Christians and also points to the church as the body of Christ which is what we aim to do as a church with every message, song, and conversation.
