This week we wrapped up Paul addressing the Apollos/Paul/Jesus divisions which began all the way back in 1:10 - which means we have been unpacking issues related to this subject since January 24th! Receiving God’s good gifts but not using them is a great way to talk about sanctification in one’s life. It gets the believer focused on the positive (the things to pursue) instead of solely the negative (the things they shouldn’t do).
