In May 2021 BT and I recorded a 25th Anniversary episode for The Craft! It has not seen the light of day or the platforms of streaming for whatever reason BUT 2 years later on its 27th Anniversary we decided to release it. At the time of recording this 2 calendar years ago, The Craft; Legacy had just come out and we discuss that film as well. We break down the cast, the 90s, high school and all things Witchy! This movie seems to grow each year and for great reason, It is a fantastic film and the type that they do not create anymore. VIVA LA 90s!

Sire records Co-founder/President Seymour Stein has passed away at the age of 80. We pay tribute to a true maverick and musical pulse reader that defined multiple eras and genres. The Man who Signed the Ramones and Madonna has a legacy as rich as the amount of people touched by his life and passing. From late 70s alternative/art rock to 80s new wave - he helped cultivate a sounds of generations. Signing everyone from Echo and the Bunnymen to Depeche Mode and the Cure in the 80s, he along with his wife Linda and Team helped create an legendary roster of artists today. Many are rock and roll hall of famers and pioneers in the music industry. Later while still at the Sire records helm bands like the Hives, Tegan and Sara saw their US label bring them to the forefront of American audiences with US breakout records arriving via Sire. Albums from Ice-T to Finnish heroes HIM-Sire released an embarrassment of riches. Seymour Stein was at the helm for most, retiring in 2018 at 75. Thanks for everything Seymour!

We are covering an all timer here on the pod. 1994's AIRHEADS. I am not sure there is a better comedy movie in history that I feel was made for people in bands. If you were or currently are I feel like this is a next generations spinal tap. Never has a bass player been the coolest in the band since well Lemmy or Rex (Brown from Pantera). The lines, the insults, the band humor and dynamic are all prodcuts of the time but somehow ageless still. The cast for this one is legendary. Unrivaled some might say. I have been beating a fucking drum for a sequel to this film and have wrote screenplays in my head since I was a little shit heel lad in the 90s. So Adam Sandler this is a call to you, get happy madison in charge of whatever IP needs to be aquired if any to make this sequel happen Fraser hotter than a case of scorching herpes again. No excuses. Regan youth cover, white zombie, Anthrax coverin the smiths, Born to Raise hell in the opening credits. HOW CAN YOU SAY NO TO THAT?! If its too loud, you're too old!

After doing a 1993 movie draft with the Ready 2 Retro crew recently I felt inspired by the fun and decided we should do a draft. And what better way to do an inaugural draft than to do Masters of Horror Draft!
