  • Song By Song 2018

This year, Kelly and Daniel covered 33 Bob Dylan songs and two full albums.

In this episode, the first of three to close out our 2018, they look back. Daniel compares the pluses and minuses and general trends (11:30); Kelly explains her scientific rankings (7:00) and attempts to bring science to her defense of "Sara" (17:00); Daniel breaks down the decades (26:00) and reveals the final list for the year (34:00). Oh, yeah. What you're really here for... Kelly also ranks our two albums (5:00) – Highway 61 Revisited and Empire Burlesque. It's a tough one (an update at 29:45) that you hope gets concluded by the end of the episode (conclusion [?] 36:30).
