TOP 10 TIPS from BRANDON and CHRIS: Don’t neglect your past clients. There is business to be had from your past client list. Connect with your base – people you are related to, people you socialize with, and be sure your spouse knows what you do. Have clear goals – what do you really want? Create a business plan from your goals. Add a new business stream –Important to create 7 to 11 income streams to diversify your business – farm, door knock, expireds, etc. Prospect, prospect, prospect – everything you do sets you up to get paid in 30 to 60 days. Recap what happened this year. Digest all your transactions – where did you get that client. Analyze your business – why do you have the production level you have. Start, stop, continue - Stop doing things that make you no money. Start doing new things. Continue to prospect. Give new things time to settle. Do something to improve yourself. If you make only 1% changes, at the end of 10 days, you are 10% better, Share your goals and get involved in some kind of accountability either with a coach or a mentor. There is no limit to how much money you can make as a REALTOR. Find yourself a coach or a mentor We have a program to make you money, but you have to be invested.

A rare Las Vegas native, Chris Bishop was raised in the shadows of downtown Las Vegas attending and graduating Trinity High School. Growing up in a family of real estate professionals, his own real estate career soon followed beginning in 2003 by playing a support role at one of the larger brokerages in the valley. This office experience was paramount in creating a solid basis and working knowledge of the real estate industry and, ultimately, Chris took the step two years later to obtain his real estate license.
