Throw the F*ck down is a saying we live by here at SNU.  We want all our fitfam to put in 110% every single rep, every single day, whether it be at home, in the gym or at work!  BUT, we also understand the value of rest and the need for a break.    Remember,  muscles are torn in the gym, fed in the kitchen and built in bed.

Overtraining/overworking happens to everyone that works hard.  Christian and Carlo know and understand that.  In this episode, Christian and Carlo discuss the signals and signs that you need a break.    It doesn't make you weak or any less of a person for taking a break, just make sure you are using the break to rebuild, reassess and to reenergize!  You're guarenteed to be much stronger than you were.
