In this episode. I spoke about how this is (DAY THREE) of my (SHADOW WORKING) challenge, and I'm feeling the subtle changes! I explained a situation that occurred right before doing this episode, and I could've let my (EGO) take the lead. Instead, I chose to allow my (HIGHER SELF) the chance to look into the situation and respond much differently. And that's what SHADOW WORK) is all about.
