Becoming, not being yet.

As long as we live this life here in this world, we are not ready yet.

In all kinds of relationships, whether between superiors and subordinate or within families, easily criticism and doubts towards each other come up. That easily leads to negative consequences over the short term as well as long term.

Let’s rather treat each other with respect and sincere hearts.

If we only trust in our own power, sooner or later we will reach our limits and experience failures.

Let’s rather put our trust in the almighty Lord. The supreme power belongs to him.

What do you tend to do in times of trouble?

From nature we know the reactions “fight”, “flee” or “freeze”.

We can learn better ways to handle difficult situations.

Do you have real inner peace with God and yourself?

We might easily be distracted by so many matters of life, but once we come to a silent minute of honest reflection, we will understand that we were lost as each one of us falls short of the commands of the holy eternal God. But if our conscience condemns us, we can know that the grace and love of the Lord is greater than our conscience.

And that gives us deep inner peace that lasts forever.

Do you choose the heavy or the light yoke?

Looking back on a day of hard work can feel better than looking back on a day of being lazy. Yet, let’s not rely on our good deeds and rather put our trust in him the eternal merciful Lord.

Reward will be given to the believers, not to the successful.

Praise the Lord if you can enjoy the benefits of having both in life – silent times alone with God as well as community together with other believers. Both combined will powerfully let the roots of faith grow and produce a strong personality filled with hope and confidence throughout pleasant as well as unpleasant times heading towards the eternal kingdom of God.

Generous and merciful – old words, but still more relevant then commonly thought of.
