The Gang are joined by Gareth Timmins, of BecomingThe0.1Percent. Gareth served with the Royal Marines Commandos, and now runs a Company helping young men get ready for the Commando training, one of the longest and toughest military courses in the World.

Gareth has also authored a book, sharing his experiences of completing the Commando training. He talks about the importance of mindet, and digging deep when times get tough, what becoming the 0.1 percent means, and the incredible role "fate" has played in his life.
