For family and grandchildren...we talk about the last supper, the sacrament, and Gethsemane.

We discuss the Last Supper, the Savior being the root and vine and we the branches and the intercessory prayer.

Our discussion will center on how we can be prepared for the second coming of Jesus Christ.

The triumphal entry, the cleaning of the temple, the cursing of the fig tree, the two great commandments, and climbing a tree are all discussed. Of course-challenge questions for the grandchildren!

We contrast the story of the Rich Young Ruler with the Blind Beggar. We also discuss the parable of the laborers in the vineyard.

We discuss the “lost” parables and spend time looking at the Prodigal Son. We also discuss, briefly, Lazarus being raised from the dead.
