Blaming is always following by needing to apologize and hoping that our outburst is forgotten. So why do we do it? Blaming others is actually a serious sign of how self-critical and unloved we feel. Do you re-act? When we find ourselves instantly & defensively reacting to a comment often this is because we are pulling information from old memory files. Instead of being present in the brand new moment -- that while it may feel familiar, is still actually a wholly new moment -- we "re-act" drawing on unconscious feelings gathered from past situation.
