Could be a while. We also discuss Coppola's 70's masterpieces and have that age-old debate: is The Godfather Part II better than Part I? And is The Godfather Part III the abomination everyone says it is?

Damn dirty apes are back! Special guest Craig Johnson joins us to cover Chimpan-A to chimpanzee and discuss how The Planet of the Apes franchised has been granted a second life with the sadly Dr. Zaius-less Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Tom also sizes up How To Train Your Dragon 2 and Dave reflects on classic Brando in On The Waterfront and Errol Morris' new doco on Rumsfeld, The Unknown Known. Director John Michael McDonagh is back in full form with another jet-black comedy/drama, Calvary, his second collaboration with Brendan Gleeson after The Guard. We review it in both spoilery and non-spoilery segments but not before discussing Tim's Vermeer in which a guy who can't paint tries to paint. And does it really damn well. Two new releases not enough? Well, we also chuck in a debate about The Brothers Bloom and another hefty news segment.

Mark Wahlberg plays a Texan inventor (yep) that stumbles across an alien shape-shifting robot that then joins forces with him to defeat the evil robots and avoid the bounty hunter robot and also there's dinosaurs that are robots. Anyway, aside from 'reviewing' Transformers: Age of Extinction we also delve into some classic films from Bergman (Ingmar) to Bogart (you know the one). Lots of film news and we barely mention Star Wars.

Jump Street's back for another undercover operation with chiseled teen heartthrob Jonah Hill and Oscar-nominated comedy relief Channing Tatum. Yeah, that sounds right. We also take a vicarious holiday to Italy with Michael Winterbottom's appropriately titled The Trip To Italy and Dave goes very metal on Metallica Through The Never in his Crap Corner. Plus a veritable shed load of nerd news featuring Star Wars, DC movies and much much, more.

Teen heart-throb Robert Pattinson continues his mission to bury his Twilight past by getting down in dirty in the Australian outback with our own Guy Pearce in David Michod's follow up to Animal Kingdom: The Rover.
