This dish is loved for it's light taste, pleasant aroma and nutritional value.Lau chingri is commonly cooked in Bangali household.especially during lunch.and is often served with steamed rice.The combination of soft bottle gourd and flavourble shrimp creates a balanced and delicious meal.
Bottle gourd is widely available in Bangladesh and west Bengal .It is light easy to digest and very healthy.Lau contains a high amount of water,fiber and essential vitamins . Shrimp on the other hand contains lot of protein ,calcium,and omega 3 fatty acid.When these two ingredients are cooked together ,they form a nutritious dish that is suitable for all of ages.
Cooking lau chingri is simple and does not require heavy spices.First oil heated on the pan whole spices such as bay leaves and cumin seeds are added to enhance the aroma.The shrimp are light fried and kept a side.After that chopped onion, garlic and ginger paste are sauteed untill fried.The bottle gourd pieces are added and cooked gently with turmeric,salt and green chilies .A small amount of water added to this.Once the bottle gourd is almost cooked then the fried shrimp are added to this.

Hello Assalamualaikum. How are you all. Today I will share some time spent with my family. Today we all went to a park with our family. It is known as SP Park. Which is basically controlled by the police. In the afternoon, everyone comes to spend time in the park for fun. There were different types of rides for children. Such as electrical roller coaster, electrical train, swing, electrical boat etc. Also, to impress people, there are beautiful trees planted on both sides of the narrow road. There are different types of flowers and colorful trees.For light meals, there are nuts, jhalmuri, tea, coffee, and fuchka.We all sat in a coffee shop and had coffee. We also went up to Nagardola. Each person was charged 30 taka for a ticket to go up to Nagardola.Spending time with family is very enjoyable. Sometimes we go to the park or somewhere else to spend time with family. When we go for a walk, both the mind and body are refreshed. The environment of the park is very quiet and charming. It is a best option for children. So anyone can spend time with people here at their own time.We went in the afternoon. Then we walked for a while, had tea, and had coffee. We went on the Nagar Dola. We saw the children having fun on various rides. We returned in the evening. The time will be very memorable. The time spent in the afternoon is very special. Thank you all for watching my video.

Fire Pan is not just a food but it is a visual experience that amazes people. Although fire pan originated in some states of India, it has now spread to various parts of South Asia including Bangladesh. It is available everywhere from small paan shops on the roadside to luxurious restaurants. However, trying fire pan at a fair is truly extraordinary.Fire paan is a paan made with ingredients like betel leaves, betel nut, sweet spices, coconut, gulkand, kheer, chocolate, honey, etc. And finally, the paan is lit on fire and put in the mouth.First, the betel leaf is cleaned. Then all the ingredients are arranged one by one in the leaf. The betel is folded neatly and made into a ball. Then the betel is touched with light alcohol or a flammable material. Then the betel is set on fire. As soon as the fire is lit, it is quickly put in the mouth. As soon as the betel leaf is taken in the mouth, the fire goes out. A kind of warmth is felt in the mouth. Then gradually the sweet and fragrant taste spreads.
