This week on Americas Most Unwanted the program that takes the listener inside the world of Bail Bonds we will be discussing the somewhat controversial subject of Pre-Trial Release. One view is that by someone entering the program it is a de-facto admission of guilt. Others grumble that  while the basic premise of the program was well meaning, a way to assist indigent people who cannot afford a bail bond avoid pre-trial jail time, over time the system has become overused, misused and a huge burden on the taxpayer.

Joining me to discuss this subject are Bond Recovery Agents William Cobra Staubs and Matthew Todd. Rod Dowston Managing general agent for SURETY three and Palmento insurance Corporation. Mark A. Heffernan- National Managing General Agent, Surety Corporation of America..

Ebola seems to be in the news a lot. Is it a pandemic? Should we all be wearing NASA space suits when we venture outside?

There is a rumor that a new DC tour company is planning tours of the white house. Now, the tours are minimalistic and quick, but they offer assistance in scaling the fence.

Nice to see that half a dozen of our elected officials cut their 5 week fund raising vacation short to beat up on the Secret Service. I am sure that it was pure coincidence that the director just happened to be apointed by Obama.

Three high school football players died on the the field this week. What is wrong with this picture?

This week on the program I will be joined by Recovery Agent William Cobra Staubs and General Agent Rod Dowston.

We have some interesting subjects to discuss this week.

What is happening in PA? There is a huge man hunt underway, No Bail Bondsman invited.

There is also a very interesting court case meandering its way through the system, this case will be of interest to everyone in the Bail Bond industry.

We will aslo be discussing some of the more colorful stories of the week. When the police failed to take two fugitives into custody one enterprising Recovery Agent drove them to the court house and hand cuffed them to the door!

In June 2013, Christina Holmes, a singer/songwriter originally from New Jersey, now based in Rhode Island, was presented with the opportunity to record her debut album with multi-platinum producer Narada Michael Walden after he heard some of her demos and was blown away by her raw talent. Walden has produced music royalty like Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey and Aretha Franklin, and worked with world-class musicians like Sting, Carlos Santana and Lenny Kravitz. He bonded not only with her talent, but also with the message her music represents. Soon after Christina flew to California to begin working with Narada at his legendary Tarpan Studios.

I will be talking to Christina Holmes about Peace, Love and C. Holmes. Better still. we will be taking a couple of tracks for a spin.
