His friends just call him Toke. Even his mother calls him Toke! Of course no mother would christen a child Tokyo, his stage personae has taken over.

It has been a while since I last talked to Toke on the radio, and it just seemed like it was time.

He is the only person I have ever met that has the Keys to any city, of course Toke selected Edmonton, Alberta, and a too many degrees below freezing January to accept the honor.

I always enjoy talking to Dave Johnson, he makes me happy that I am not in his shoes. His latest book Secrets of Buting and Selling Used Equipment is a diversion from his regular fare. But off air he shared some info that filled in the gaps, only Dave could write a book like this!

This week the panel of Mannie Barling, Ashley Brooks, Dr Daniel Dantini, and Chris Dantini will be delving into the world of GMO Soy. GMO Soy is another of Big Foods favorite substances. But is it safe?

We will be continuing our discussion on food allergies with a particular emphasis on the upcoming holiday.

Alan Fine is the power behind InsideOut, a corporate training company. He has worked with many Fortune 500 companies and has a very unique and simple approach to coaching corporate executives. His new book You Already Know How To Be Great might be aimed at the corporate world, but I see a wider audience. Parents, Teachers, Students, the list is endless. Everyone can gain something from Alan Fine.

Patrick Willse will be joining me to discuss the ups and downs of running a record label. We will also be playing a couple of tracks from the upcoming CD release Natural Selections
