Today’s episode is all about a high level overview of the sections we’ve already covered verse by verse and we get ourselves set up for our final episode on the Sermon on the Mount when we get to review and understand what was Jesus’ overall message/point that He was communicating to us. Today we finish our verse by verse study of chapter 7 AND the Sermon on the Mount! The Spirit was all over this one guys. We get to cover the heaviest material Jesus gets to and learn how to properly apply it. Between spiritual wolves, discerning a true believer, and talking about Hell and who’s going there, Jesus lets it rip! I had a lot of fun going over His words and I hope you get a lot out of today’s episode!

This was probably my second favorite episode to cover. I feel very passionately about the Christian’s role in judging others and sin. And while I don’t get into the entire subject here in this episode, I do cover one side of it. More to come in the near future! And then what I expect will be a different approach towards The Golden Rule an you’ve probably heard before. Enjoy!

Today we close out chapter 6 with our summary episode on these sections. We’re almost done with the Sermon on the Mount everyone! Just 3 more episodes on chapter 7, and then one summary of the last three chapters!

In today’s episode, we cover what’s probably my favorite section of this entire series in Matthew 6:25-34. When I studied this out for myself, I was pounded with revelation of God’s love and value for me. I only hope that I was able to put into word what God helped me to understand when I studied this for myself enough for you to be blessed as well. Enjoy!

Today we touch on protocols when fasting, some earmarks of being a true Christian, and the church’s FAVORITE topic... MONEY! I go off script here for probably about 7-8 minutes on what I felt was the Spirit giving us a great example of Godly and Biblical uses of money. I hope you enjoy today’s content! We’re almost done with chapter 6!

Okay so today we continue covering the Giving to the Poor and Prayer Section of Matthew 6! Here we get to cover “The Lord’s Prayer” or the “Our Father” depending on your first exposure to this prayer. When Jesus instructs us how to pray, (the ONE thing His Disciples asked Him to teach them) you better believe what He shares is going to be impactful. While most of us probably have this prayer memorized, I encourage everyone to try to listen to it with new ears and be open to what God wants you to glean from it. Enjoy!
