Some times we take for granted all of the fortnate things that we have in life. Electricty, running water, paved roads. There are many things affored to us and we still feel hopless when we keep looking for more. Contentment is not the fullfillment of what you want but realization of what you already have.

When we think of toxic words the first thing that comes to mind is swear words. This is not the only way words can be toxic. If we use words in hurtful ways such as sarcasm we can hurt those around us.

We have friends and relatives in our lives. Most of them make our lives better just by being there. However there are people in your life that are toxic. You may not be able to get them out of your life but you need to stop letting them take you away from God. 

Our world is filled with things that are just wrong and we know it. We have accepted it because it is legal or considered acceptable by the public. To get closer to God we need to rise above these acceptable toxic ideals.  

We have many influence in our lives today like TV, radio, and social media. We need to reject all of our toxic thoughts that take us from God.
