Whether you want to grow your business or simply have more control of your business, this episode is for you. I met my guest, Brendan McGurgan, when he reached out to me regarding an article I had published on Forbes. He is someone who has really walked the talk. As a CEO, he has scaled a company from a couple dozen employees to seven hundred employees. He retired as CEO and decided to launch a business to help other entrepreneurs scale. Brendan’s model of growing a business starts with psychology and mindset with tools and strategies to build a vision and to build resiliency. You don’t often hear of these methodologies in any other approaches to growing a business, yet they are fundamental in creating real change. If you’d like to grow a business that doesn’t own you, and you seek autonomy, freedom AND growth…listen in.
