You're a rockstar! I bet you don't tell yourself that as much as you should. In life, we tend to be our worst critics, when we should be focusing on being our biggest cheerleaders. It's a lot easier to think negative than positive so we tend to gravitate towards being harsh on ourselves and it can lead to overwhelm and stress.
