Every once in a while, or a couple times a year, we go through big life changes. Going back to school, getting a new job, meeting the person if your dreams, getting a new house, the lost can really go on and on. With those changes can bring some feelings that haven't been present and can make it seem like your spiraling out of control. Change can be a good thing though, so that's why we have to deal with it with the best of our abilities and not let it bring us down.
