This is a 30 MINUTE WORKOUT which ANYONE can do.

In the video, I'll tell you about the exact workout that ANYONE can do to run faster and burn fat.

The workout will make you a stronger runner, more powerful in the key running muscles, the glutes, and the hamstrings. 

I'll talk you through the progressions towards the MAIN CHALLENGE of running 30 minutes non-stop with a slight twist to your typical workout. 

Start gradually, and go easy - this is a super-powerful method to burn fat, whilst getting faster, and you don't need to run this workout hard or fast for it to have full benefit for your body.
