Macro Counting has a bit of a learning curve-use these for tips to make it simpler!
#1 - Use an app and track your normal intake for at least one week
#2 - Hit your protein and calorie goal and let your carbs and fats fall where they fall
#3 You don't have to hit your macros "zero them out" every day to see results. Focus on creating consistency.
#4 If you are having a hard time hitting your calorie and protein goals- try eating the same thing for breakfast and lunch for about a week and give yourself some flexibility with your dinner. Aim for 25-30 grams of protein per meal.
