Without a solid team in place, it's next to impossible to take any business to that next level of growth. And when it comes to building a great team, there's one strategy in particular that has completely changed the game for me and many of the business owners that I work with.
In this episode I'm traveling back to our business headquarters 3 months after making the move with my family to Vancouver Island where I now run the businesses remotely.
Making this move was a massive risk as a lot of things needed to be in place to make this happen..
Things like...
• Having the right team
• Having the right systems
• Having the right metrics
Ready to take things to the next level?

Building any business is HARD
For most business owners, it's not uncommon for them to have to wear multiple hats day in and day out to keep things moving along...
The problem with this is that eventually, you begin to hit a ceiling of diminishing returns - where spending more time, actually starts to hurt your growth.
Enter the need for building a "self-managed" business...which is just a fancy way for saying that your business can function without relying on you day in and day out.
After spending the past 12+ years building and growing "self-managed" teams and business - I began noticing a pattern at play..
It looked like the above formula, and the easiest way to describe it is by using the "viking ship" analogy...
When you can say that you have the right people in the right seats, doing the right things at the right time..WITHOUT needing you there to push the flywheel..
...THAT'S when you can say you've got a "Self-managed" business, and can then start to push the pedal to the metal.
If you'd like to learn how to get started making this transformation in your business, I've put together some free training over at http://bookwithtim.com
When you look at the top 1% of successful athletes and entrepreneurs, there are 3 traits that they all have in common..
When it comes to the knowledge within your company, what keeps most entrepreneurs awake at night is the risk of losing the team members...whether they go on vacation, become sick or leave the company.
In this episode we'll be exploring the risks of "tribal knowledge" and the costs associated with losing key staff, as well as my a few of my favorite strategies for dealing with this challenge.

One of the fundamental mistakes made by most businesses is in NOT understanding what stage of awareness your target prospects are currently at. When it comes to converting leads into sales within your business, there's a lot that needs to happen well before the majority of your prospects are ready to buy - in addition to getting to know you, like you and trust you...And if you're not helping to facilitate this journey, you could be leaving A LOT of money on the table.
In this episode we cover the 5 stages of awareness and how you can apply this framework to unlock unprecedented sales
