Figure out your sweet spot for how much sleep you need have a good night time routine set what time you want to wake up and work backwords to set a bed time drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces use a water bottle you like and keep it by you as a reminder move your body get out in nature figure out what type of excersise you like and do that try new dishes whether you think you like it or not buy foods with one ingredient make it at home tailor your food to exactly what you like eat what you like just swap the ingredients to a healthier option stay on the outside of the grocery store
