Tom is a well known attorney who has received multi-million and multi-billion dollar settlements - You may recognize him from the case the movie Erin Brockovich is based on.

Erika filed for divorce in November and a month later they were both sued for embezzlement of funds from victim's families in a plane crash. Since then, more allegations have surfaced - lets discuss.
