Sometimes we need discomfort to show us where we’re out of alignment. Sometimes we need loss to reveal what we’re meant to create. And sometimes, resistance isn’t something to push through—it’s a signal to pause and listen.
In this episode, I share a very real and personal story—one that started with losing a client and ended in unexpected clarity. I talk about the resistance I felt when trying to force a business idea that wasn’t aligned, and how that resistance became my biggest teacher.
If you’ve ever felt like life was pushing you off course, maybe it’s trying to guide you somewhere better. Let this be a reminder that setbacks often lead us exactly where we need to go.

Sometimes, when your mind feels overwhelmed, you don’t need to think harder—you need to move, feel, and trust yourself enough to let the answers come.
In today's episode, I share how a simple walk, a raw voice note, and an unexpected chat with AI helped me find surprising clarity in the middle of confusion.

Have you ever looked around and felt like everyone else is miles ahead—career sorted, family settled, life together—while you're still figuring things out? I’ve been there too.
In this episode, I share a deeply personal reflection on what it’s like to feel behind in life, and why that feeling isn’t a sign you’ve failed—but an invitation to trust your own path. If you’re walking a different road, this is your reminder: you’re not behind, you’re just on time for your life.
If this resonated with you, feel free to leave a comment—I’d love to hear your thoughts.
And if you’re navigating a season of change or feeling stuck in a situation that no longer serves you, you might find my eBook The Courage to Leave: A Roadmap for Breaking Free from Unfulfilling Relationships helpful.

Today I wanted to talk about growth and timing. How long does it actually take to get somewhere? And more importantly—why slow growth is better than going viral.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about this a lot. As you might have heard in my previous episodes, I go through ups and downs—highs and lows. I’ve learned not to see those dips as failure but as a natural part of growth. They’re just as important as the highs.
By taking things slowly and trusting the process, we can create sustainable growth rather than something so sudden it freaks us out.

Hello, my friend.
Welcome back to my podcast, Simply Inspired with Magda.
Today, I want to talk about regrets and wasted time—but mostly regrets. It’s something I’ve been reflecting on a lot lately. Maybe it’s part of this healing journey, where you start looking back at certain moments in your life and wondering, Could I have done things differently? Could I have done better? Should I have done something at all?
So, I want to share three different stories about my regrets. And even though I try to live my life without regrets, let’s be honest—we’re human. We think, we analyze, we reflect, and sometimes, regrets creep in.
But by the end of this episode, I hope you might see regrets in a different light.

Today, I want to talk about something that has shaped me in so many ways: friendship.
How do we make friends in our 20s, 30s, and 40s? What happens when we lose friends? When we outgrow them? And what about this whole best friends forever idea that movies and social media have sold us?
