2 Timothy 4: 3-4Buckle up friends, this is probably my most controversial episode to date! But I promised at the start I wouldn't shy away from difficult topics, so I am going to plunge right in the middle of this one. We have an epidemic today of people only listening to what they want to hear. I hope today is a thought provoking challenge for us ALL to think about where we get our information and doctrine!

Proverbs 16: 27-29Today we discuss some kinds of behaviors that may or may not be prevalent in your interpersonal groups, but if they are they need to be dealt with quickly. As Christians we are called to be peace keepers and spreaders of joy, so we musty ensure some of the more negative interpersonal aspects don't find their home in our lives!

Isaiah 43: 1-2When is the last  time you had a serious trial? Maybe that time is now. But we all must walk through fire or wade through the waters at some point in our life. Today I hope to offer some guidance on making it through that trial by remembering who is on our side.

1 John 4: 4-6How many different gospels do you hear on a weekly basis? How about over the span of your lifetime? We all know there is only one true gospel, but how do we know the truth form the error? Today we discuss one way the Bible tells us to differentiate.

Colossians 3: 22-25Another Monday awaits us, and today I hope to encourage everyone as they start their work week to work as a Christian should. Remember who we work for, and who ultimately pays our wages. Let your light shine this week!

Proverbs 19: 20-21I know I struggle when people point out things I am doing wrong... I would like to think we all do to some degree. But this mechanism of correction is vital to our spiritual health, and I encourage everyone to make sure you are accepting counsel from others!

John 4: 23-24How many times have we heard someone discuss or argue about Biblical worship practices? Too many to count if you're like me. But from what I've heard everyone leaves out half of the argument; we always discuss what truth looks like, but rarely do we discuss worshiping in Spirit. And that's just as important!

Philippians 4: 8-9What do we spend most of our time thinking about? Positive things or negative things? If you're like me, it varies. But the key to overcoming stress and anxiety is to focus on GOOD things. And this verse tells us how!

2 Timothy 1: 7-8Be on fire today! Let your light shine and be a witness to the spirit within you, and don't ashamed! Today is a good reminder of what the spirit God has placed within us looks like so we can be better witnesses.

1 Peter 2: 11-12This world is not our home, we are just a-passing through. The words to this popular hymn run through my mind as I finish up today's episode. It's the truth, we are strangers in this land and today I discuss how we are to conduct ourselves while we are here.
