There is always so much to do yet so little time.
When you feel like this do you ever find yourself just sitting there wasting time that you know you need to actually be doing the "things" 😂.
Only to get behind thinking that just sitting there was helpful 🥴.
We've all done it (more times than necessary haha).
However, you don't need more time, you need more discipline.
Start by:
-Dividing your life between personal and professional responsibilities
-Create subcategories for each category (i.e. self care and housing)
-Have specific days that are themed for certain things (i.e Self Care day)
-Leave room for thinking or "what if"
These methods help to train you to have a more focused day with time to reflect and rearrange as necessary.
Most people forget to consider space to rearrange or room simply for miscellaneous things that come up which causes them to slip into overwhelm and get off track.
By having these things in place, you allow yourself to clearly see what you did and did not get done in the day/week and the extra time that you gave yourself to fulfill those things.
