Sharing all the details about my first week-long dieta and how it quantum leaped my self love journey. During the experience I went through a deep grieving and healing process of reclaiming the frequency of love I thought I had lost through past relationships. I also explain all the magical symbolism I was shown and how I translated those symbols to further aid my healing.

Sharing some of the darkest moments of my life; overwhelming anxiety, relationship hurdles, grief, and how plant medicine found me in those moments and aided me in moving through them.
