The award winning podcast in back for 2008. Doug, Matt, Josh, and Jana return to the booth and talk about struggling with contentment in your ministry, mountain top experiences, dealing with death, and ministry in a large church. Andy also finally makes it in front of the camera instead of hiding in the corner.

I'm OK, you're OK. Doug and the crew are back for the 66th time. This week the gang takes on some tough topics. They look at the difficult balance between ministry and marriage, burnout, hiring staff, conducting a funeral for a student, and church cuts. It’s candid and real discussion about these topics in a way that only Doug, Matt, Josh, and Janna can provide.

Doug and Friends (Josh, Matt, and Jana love that) do some more youth ministry pontificating. They discuss MySpace and Facebook, Star Wars Lithographs, being a volunteer youth worker, visitors, and Doug gives the shirt off his back.
