Ineligible for grant funding…
Brand products and services limited like the separate entity of my individual brand company community organisation is officially ineligible for grant funding because that part of business is private limited by shares. So when it comes down to any projects of that part of the brand community organisation program it is important to remember that this entity does not meet the requirements. As a national portfolio which is a mixture of new separate entities to the company that contain a mixture of programs projects meeting the requirements for the Arts Council England grant funding applications then a separate company entity must be registered at Companies House and HMRC for the community organisation platform.
Private company or company limited by shares
Your organisation is able to share out profits to members or shareholders. We decided that the activity you applied for is not a self-contained arts project that clearly benefits the wider public.
Grants for the Arts cannot support activities which aim to make a profit that will be shared out to members or shareholders.
Grants for the Arts is a programme designed to provide project funding for programmes of activity with their own clear objectives and a discrete set of project outcomes.
Don’t forget, if any of you at the SINCERE COMMUNITY that has already submitted mixed-media for publishing and distributions in the incorporation of my individual, SINCERE PRODUCTS & SERVICES LTD, then you can apply for artist development funding through my company registration with the Arts Council England. Those of you that wanted your mixed-media to be free downloadable content and are being processed by my curative hosting of the company RSS Podcast then you will receive only media rights from PPL - Phonographic Performance Ltd & PRS Foundation if any, albeit you are the Rightsholder of the mixed-media and registered, okay. My BMI account is still too low although I have had thousands online radio broadcasts in the USA for almost a year. August and October are big months for the organisation as far as upcoming dates go, schedule it and let’s create.

The best option I have right now for eligible grant funding because I haven’t traded as a private limited by shares company for 2 years yet is this as we are an unincorporated association community organisation, so hopefully I can get as some grant funding this year this way. I will look into it, and stay in contact with the Arts Council England.
