Today, I have a personal and reflective episode in store for you. We're going to dive into the past, explore the journey of my early 20s, and discuss some of the mistakes I’ve made along the way.

I’m 23 now, so I still consider myself to be part of the early 20s group, but I also feel like I’ve lived enough of it to be able to provide some perspective into it. 

Life in your early 20s is like a rollercoaster, filled with ups and downs, twists and turns. But amidst all that chaos, it's also a time of incredible growth and self-discovery. So, sit back, grab a coffee or some tea, and join me on this journey of learning from our mistakes.

Ever since graduating college, I feel like my fitness routine has really struggled. Whether it be life getting in the way or a lack of motivation, I just haven't found the right moment to restart.

I've been trying to hop back on my fitness game to start seeing both physical and mental health benefits. Here's my realistic approach to getting back into a routine!!

The future stresses me out. I’ve felt so trapped in a cycle of worrying about the future – from my career path to my relationships, and even the state of the world.
