In conversation we can agree to disagree not like the conversation be pissed off or whatever....but I would rather you tell me that your mad then to hang up on me...... now there is another issue on the table to discuss.....😠

Today was a busy one everyone needed me for something I wanted to run out the building but had to stay and fight through it all now it's time to relax and think about next week how we will approach the time we have worh family rather they're here or gone find a way to cope in a different way celebrate them and be happy!

Having each others back is important no matter what your roll is shows appreciation and the love you have for one another keep showing you care on a daily basis grows a better communication and respect.

Kids get older they act like they don't need us but when the real world strikes at a different level all of the sudden your MOM & DAD AGAIN😌🥰 ....On another note are you allowing yourself to be BOSSED on or are you so into being that BOSS that you can't even be surprised..... relax sometimes let someone BOSS you down we all like surprises 🤫

With the world changing we might see a decrease in employment departments etc...but until then add seasoning to the pot to keep going don't allow frustration and work changes control you be thankful we have a choice.

We all have thoughts in our minds of what we should be doing...but we ignore it the time has come where we need to do what is right and stop that pot from stirring and get our lives together💋
