Just some reflection and thoughts....forgive the poor quality or sadness....

Choosing happiness can seem easy and difficult. We are always tasked with making this choice but all too often we don’t realize and allow our troubles to consume us. Stop wasting a moment of happiness and live each moment to the fullest!

1. A moment of giggling can change your whole day or week. 2. You matter! 3. I believe that we will win!

We are all living in this world and living through our experiences, but we are not those things. We are simply EXPERIENCING it all. This is our book. Our journey. And we are all unique, beautiful, individuals writing our own stories each moment of the day. Even if this moment of your story seems to not be what you want, that’s okay. Your story will be what you make it and allow it to be - this means your story can change!
