  • Sinfully Mixed Nights May 2018 Podcast
Hi everyone and welcome to the May edition of Sinfully Mixed Nights.
Spring gave way to summer in a HURRY here in Toronto. One week, it went from winter tires to shorts and patio weather the next. And with patios and sunshine, come the sweet nectar or more tribal and afro vibes.
Miami had a lot of it going around this year and it took the first major warm front of the year to get tracks like El Sueno from Martina Camargo and Dennis Cruz and Trip To Colombia from Bruno Zarra in the Tini Garcia remix.
There’s a lot of first timers in this month’s show, with tracks from Flashmob, Kenny Brian and Armonica. So pop the sunshades on, put on the SPF 15, ladies grab your sarongs and boys get your fedoras, your kick off of your Sinfully Mixed summer, starts now...

  • Sinfully Mixed Nights April 2018 Podcast
Hi everyone and welcome to the April edition of Sinfully Mixed Nights.
Spring has finally kicked off here in Toronto, with patio season just getting rolling. This means sunny days, warmer nights and the feeling that great summer memories are just around the corner.
This month’s podcast captures what I feel is a bit of the transition that we’re getting as winter lets its grip loosen and spring takes hold. The dark nights, start to give way to warmer days.
These 60 minutes give some definite melody and warming vibes, with tracks from DAVI as well as Bebetta, but we all know spring can be temperamental and deliver a few surprises and this comes in the form of tracks from Olivier Giacomotto and Patrice Baumel.

  • Sinfully Mixed Nights March 2018 Podcast
Hi everyone and welcome to the March edition of Sinfully Mixed Nights.
I’ve got a great hour ahead for all of you, with tracks from Einmusik, Nick Devon, Stan Kolev and Jonas Saalbach. Along with remixes from Simon Doty and Hernan Cattaneo, they round out a fantastic 60 minutes.
I found a lot of melody in the tracks this month and sometimes mixing melodies take a bit more attention to detail, in trying to get filters, EQ’s and levels just right. I don’t want to spoil the artist’s hard work with melodies and bass lines, but when you get things just right, they sound so sweet.
Check out my Facebook page as I’ll be announcing a couple of gigs around the Toronto and Hamilton area, as the summer starts to take shape. But for now, sit back and enjoy...your Sinfully Mixed nights starts now!

  • Sinfully Mixed Nights February 2018 Podcast
Hi everyone and welcome to the February edition of Sinfully Mixed Nights. This month’s podcast is a combination of melody and some fantastic surges in tempo. I had inspiration from one of the best at it this past weekend; Eelke Kleijn.
I saw him live for an open to close at Coda, where we celebrated 9 years of Ozmosis parties here in Toronto. It was great to see him and awesome to watch him up close and from inside the booth...or as he calls it ‘the box’.
In February’s mix, I run through a more melodic first half, with the latest from Karmon, dubspeeka and Sonic Future. Then there is a trio of awesome releases from Haidas, Dorian Craft and Chus & Ceballos. Always love the stuff they put out, there’s always that tribal hint no matter what they do.
Rounding things out, I changed the vibe with a more dark and synth heavy release from Moonwalk and this interesting track at the end from Compuphonic that when I first heard it, wasn’t sure how it would fit in, but felt really good and happy with how it came out. Let me know in the comments section or on Twitter.
For now, sit back and enjoy. Your Sinfully Mixed Nights starts now!

  • Sinfully Mixed Nights January 2018 Podcast
Hi everyone and welcome to the January edition of Sinfully Mixed Nights.
This month the podcast is a bit more melodic and lighter.
I had been picking off these tracks, one by one, over the course of the last 5 of 6 months, into my Melodic crate on Beatport and last December, I almost built the podcast exclusively around these songs, but I was just short on something. A vibe, a sound, just...something.
The good news is that the ‘missing something’ was no longer missing. I came across a pair of tracks by Jeremy Olander and his one-two punch just gave me something that I was missing. Voila, the podcast was complete.
This month features tracks from Way Out West. Egyptian duo Aguizi & Fahim. Some first time appearances with Doctor Dru and Analog Jungs. As well as some other labels out there, in Jeudi Records, Or Two Strangers and Clinique Recordings.
So sit back and enjoy. Your first Sinfully Mixed Nights of 2018, starts now!
