Going back to where I grew up in Kenya made me tap into my inner power again. I remembered how singing fills my soul but most of all I went back to doing things I had forgotten.
I had a chaotic journey with a lot of despair, but also a journey full of moments to embrace my roots and share with my daughters the most important things of my childhood. In this episode I want to share with you how singing saved my life and what lessons I learned from a month in my home, Africa.
