It’s about time! On Sunday night, Singapore’s Prime Minister made an announcement that the government will repeal the colonial era law that bans consensual sex between men – the gross indecency laws. The news was celebrated locally and applauded internationally. But there’s a catch that has some in the LGBT community concerned and angry.

It has been a hard fought victory with years of court challenges, political advocacy and Pink Dot protests. We reached out to a great friend of the show to see how this announcement was received and what it all means going forward.
